The Big Picture
First Baptist Church of Eureka, MT (https://(Use the "Apply for this Job" box below).) is seeking a pastor who will collaborate with the congregation and Diaconate and develop a path forward for the church together. We seek a pastor with the ability to lead us in living out our congregational strengths to the glory of God - worship in Christ’s love, deepening Christian fellowship within the church, and bringing others to Christ through involvement in the community.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead Sunday worship; engage in preaching, teaching, and directing the general activities of the church in order to fulfill the church's mission as set forth in the New Testament.
- Care of the general spiritual welfare of the congregation.
- Work collaboratively with the Diaconate and Trustees
- Hire and supervise non-elected church staff
