Requirements to apply

• Active Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in California
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with a frail or elderly population
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience
• Current CPR and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
