Registered Nurse (RN) - Outpatient Neurology Clinic

Location: Eureka, CA

Join our Outpatient Neurology Clinic in beautiful Eureka, California, where you'll provide specialized nursing support in a collaborative outpatient setting. This is a clinic-based role focused on patient care coordination, infusion management, medication refills, prior authorizations, and patient education. The ideal candidate is organized, patient-focused, and comfortable managing a high-volume outpatient workload.

• Manage infusion orders, medication refills, and prior authorizations.
• Respond to patient calls and MyChart messages, providing clinical guidance and support.
• Assist with outpatient neurology office visits and patient assessments.
• Administer and document cognitive screening using the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA).
• Coordinate care with providers and interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain accurate patient records using EPIC EMR.
• Provide patient education and support regarding neurological conditions and treatment plans.

• Active RN License (California licensure required within 2 weeks of start).
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.
• Strong communication, assessment, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced outpatient environment.

• Experience with EPIC EMR.
• Prior Neurology or Infusion experience.
• Outpatient clinic experience preferred.

• Outpatient Neurology Clinic (not an inpatient bedside role).
• No weekends or on-call requirements.
