Nurse Practitioner

Join a community health center in northern California as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in a direct hire role.

This opportunity is well-suited for an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner, Family Medicine PA, or Primary Care NP with at least 3 years of experience in family medicine, internal medicine, or a community health setting.

You’ll work in an outpatient environment where you can focus on patient care, build lasting relationships, and collaborate closely with a supportive clinical team.

• Conduct patient histories and comprehensive physical exams
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Order and interpret lab and diagnostic tests
• Develop and coordinate individualized care plans
• Document accurately in the EHR and participate in quality improvement
• Work‑life balance:
  Outpatient schedule, no hospital call
• Total compensation ranges based on experience $140,000 - $168,000+
• Compensation package to include base salary, sign on bonus, retention bonus, relocation, provider allowance, access bonus
• 29 days of time off annually

• Loan repayment eligible: NHSC, Nurse Corp., Cal Health Cares , and other programs up to 300k
