Role
Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for delivering direct patient care in patients' homes, assessing conditions, developing care plans, administering treatments, and educating patients and caregivers.
Responsibilities- Assess patient needs
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor patient responses
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals
- Document care accurately
- Ensure infection control
- Provide emotional support to families
- Maintain compliance with safety and healthcare regulations while meeting documentation and visit goals
- Minimum of one year recent RN experience, including six months in Home Health
- Proficiency in OASIS documentation
- Valid RN license and BLS certification
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and technical skills
- Physical ability to perform caregiving tasks and adapt to irregular activity schedules
