What You’ll Do
  • Provide outpatient hematology and oncology care at a leading facility in Eureka, CA
  • Conduct patient assessments, treatment planning, and follow-up visits
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for complex patient cases
  • Manage chemotherapy treatments and coordinate diagnostic testing
  • Document clinical encounters accurately and in a timely manner
  • Assist with patient education and symptom management
  • Support inpatient activities as needed, including providing inpatient case logs and documentation
What You Need
  • Current California Nurse Practitioner license and DEA registration
  • At least 2 years of inpatient or outpatient oncology experience
  • BLS certification required
  • Ability to staff at least 4 weeks per month
  • Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to provide inpatient case logs demonstrating clinical activity
