Wellpath is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse to join its MAT program team. You will deliver comprehensive clinical services to individuals enrolled in treatment, administer medications, and coordinate labs and pharmacy needs.
The LVN promotes wellness through patient education and collaboration with psychiatrists and physicians. Under direction of the Medical Director, you will document care, participate in required trainings, and ensure safety standards in a fast-paced clinical environment.
