Nurse Manager
- Cath Lab at Providence St. Joseph Hospital in Eureka, CA. This position is Full-Time and will work 8-hour Day shifts.
Providence St. Joseph Hospital in Eureka is a reputable health facility recognized for high‑quality patient care.
Under the general direction of the Chief Nursing Officer, the Nurse Manager coordinates available resources to efficiently and effectively provide professional patient care and services that meet nursing and SJHS-HC standards. The role assumes 24‑hour responsibility for the management of patient care and services in the assigned area and delegates authority as appropriate. The Nurse Manager must demonstrate professional commitment to growth, creativity, innovation, competency in interpersonal communication, leadership ability, and problem‑solving skills.
Required Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited nursing school or program.
- California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire.
- At least 3 years clinical experience as a staff nurse in a comparable acute care unit and facility.
- At least 3 years health care managerial experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
Salary Range: $68.01 - $107.35 per hour. The final placement within this range will be determined based on relevant job experience and other applicable factors. Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
