Description:
Weekend requirements:
Required to work every other weekend.
Must have recent acute care experience in case management. First-timers accepted as a screen with clinical approval. Call is not required. Floating between like units is expected based on need. Local candidates are accepted. Requests for time off should be submitted upfront. Charting system used is Epic. Candidates must be current with acute care hospital case management experience within the last year.
Daily census includes a case load of up to 25 patients. Interdisciplinary support is available, including social services. Required skills will be strictly screened; candidates missing required skills or experience will not be considered. Travelers may float between nearby facilities as required. Travelers' refusal to float may result in termination of the assignment. Candidates must commit to working three of the five major holidays.
References covering the last three years are required.
