- Provide outpatient hematology and oncology nursing care in a busy clinic environment
- Assist with patient assessments, treatment planning, and follow-up care
- Administer and monitor chemotherapy treatments within the clinic
- Collaborate with physicians, staff, and multidisciplinary teams
- Document patient encounters accurately in accordance with protocols
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare standards and safety practices
- Support patient education and coordinate with specialists as needed
- Current California RN license and DEA registration
- BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in hematology/oncology settings
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous outpatient oncology experience
- Familiarity with chemotherapy protocols and hospital procedures
