Health Yes Staffing Network is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for a permanent, full-time position with an established healthcare organization in California’s North Coast region near Eureka.
This opportunity offers a broad surgical and procedural case mix within a collaborative anesthesia environment. Experienced CRNAs and qualified new graduates are encouraged to apply.
Position Highlights- Permanent, full-time CRNA position
- Annual salary range of $318,000–$388,000
- Established anesthesia program

- Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and review patient histories
- Develop individualized anesthesia plans
- Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care
- Manage patients throughout the perioperative process
- Monitor physiological responses and intervene when necessary
- Support postoperative recovery and pain management
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and procedural teams
- Maintain complete and timely clinical documentation
- Follow applicable clinical quality and patient-safety standards
- Graduate of an accredited nurse-anesthesia program
- Current NBCRNA certification or eligibility
- Active California RN and CRNA licenses or eligibility to obtain both
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- PALS certification when required
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
- Experienced CRNAs and new graduates are welcome to apply
- Annual salary: $318,000–$388,000
