Oversee and be accountable for the total operation of a store to ensure maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services and controlling expenses;
Be responsible for shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store;
Maintain minimum age requirement of 21 and keep a flexible schedule;
Ensure compliance with store policies and safety procedures during operations;
Manage 8+ hours standing/walking, ladders, fixtures setup, and lifting up to 50 pounds as part of daily duties
