Job SummaryIn the Direct Sales Representative role, you will be part of one of the most dynamic sales departments in the company. As a valued member of the Optimum door-to-door team, you will work in the ever-changing consumer landscape. Every day will be different, every interaction unique, and you will have the opportunity to provide our customers with a memorable experience, guiding them through our full suite of products and services—including high‑speed internet, advanced TV, mobile, and voice technologies—to ensure their solution best fits their needs.
Responsibilities- Customise solutions:
Dive into each customer’s unique needs and craft tailored telecom packages that leave them satisfied. - Product knowledge:
Stay up‑to‑date with the latest offerings, pricing plans, and technologies. - Sales pitch:
Master persuasion in the field, showcasing the advantages of our products and services while addressing customer concerns. - Closing deals:
Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring customers are thrilled. - Documentation:
Complete all paperwork, contracts, and sales reports with precision. - Relationship building:
Provide exceptional post‑sales support and assistance, turning customers into lifelong advocates. - Team collaboration:
Share insights and strategies with fellow sales personnel to achieve collective goals. - Targets and quotas:
Consistently meet or surpass monthly sales targets and quotas. - Compliance:
Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
- Proficient computer and technical skills.
- Reliable personal vehicle (where applicable), valid driver license, car insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.
- Ability to work full time.
- Bilingual is preferred to support diverse customer populations.
- Sales‑centric mindset:
Passion for delivering sales results and building rapport. - Extensive product knowledge and ability to translate technical information into customer‑friendly terms.
- Digital proficiency:
Comfortable with CRM, POS, and other relevant software.
