Are you outgoing, enthusiastic, and passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences? We are seeking energetic team members to serve as the welcoming face of our agrotourism destination. As a Greeter, you will play a key role in ensuring every guest feels welcomed, informed, and excited from the moment they arrive.
Position Summary
The Greeter is responsible for providing outstanding customer service by welcoming visitors, offering information about attractions and events, assisting with guest inquiries, and helping create a positive, family-friendly atmosphere. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, working outdoors, and being part of a fun and dynamic team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude upon arrival.
- Create a positive first impression that reflects the values and hospitality of the farm.
- Provide accurate information regarding attractions, activities, seasonal events, pricing, and amenities.
- Direct guests to parking areas, admissions, restrooms, attractions, and event locations.
- Answer guest questions and assist with concerns in a courteous and helpful manner.
- Assist with crowd management and guest flow during peak attendance periods and special events.
- Monitor entry areas to ensure a safe, organized, and welcoming environment.
- Support admissions, guest services, and event staff as needed.
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and represent the organization in a positive manner at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure an exceptional guest experience throughout the property.
- Friendly, outgoing, and customer-service oriented personality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interact positively with guests of all ages.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work weekends and holidays during the season.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, tourism, retail, or guest relations is preferred but not required.
- Competitive pay at $15 per hour.
