Equity Lifestyle Properties -  - Responsibilities:
Act as the property liaison by providing guests and residents with information and responding to questions both in person and over the phone;
Process payments and deposits accurately and efficiently;
Run reports and submit maintenance request forms to support office operations and ensure efficiency;
Partner with the Property Manager and communicate regularly to address inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner;
Prioritize guest and resident satisfaction by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and providing prompt solutions
