ELS is hiring for the position of Front Desk Clerk in Eustis, Florida.

What you'll do:

Our Front Desk Clerks provide exceptional customer service to facilitate excellent and memorable guest and resident experiences.

Your job will include:

* Act as the property liaison by providing guests and residents with information and responding to questions both in person and over the phone.

* Process payments and deposits accurately and efficiently.

* Run reports and submit maintenance request forms to support office operations and ensure efficiency.

* Partner with the Property Manager and communicate regularly to address inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

* Prioritize guest and resident satisfaction by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and providing prompt solutions.

* Maintain flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as business needs require.

* Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Experience & skills you need:

* High school diploma or equivalent experience.

* 1+ years of experience in customer service with exceptional customer service skills.

* Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

* Computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems.
