Part-time Ems Instructor

Lake Technical College is hiring for a Part-time EMS Instructor

• Facilitate hands-on labs, simulations, and scenario-based training
• Supervise students during clinical and/or field internships as appropriate
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
• Maintain compliance with accreditation and state regulatory requirements
• Stay current with EMS protocols, medical advancements, and educational best practices

Qualifications:

• Current, unrestricted Paramedic certification/license in Florida (State and/or National Registry)
• Minimum 4 years of field experience in pre-hospital environment with an ALS provider.
• Have a minimum of an Associate's degree from an accredited institution
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to student success and professional conduct
• Instructor certifications such as AHA BLS/ACLS/PALS, NAEMT courses, or educator credentials are an asset

Starting salary for new or returning hires is commensurate with relevant education and experience.
