Part-time Ems Instructor
Lake Technical College is hiring for a Part-time EMS Instructor
- Facilitate hands-on labs, simulations, and scenario-based training
- Supervise students during clinical and/or field internships as appropriate
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain compliance with accreditation and state regulatory requirements
- Stay current with EMS protocols, medical advancements, and educational best practices
Qualifications:
- Current, unrestricted Paramedic certification/license in Florida (State and/or National Registry)
- Minimum 4 years of field experience in pre-hospital environment with an ALS provider.
- Have a minimum of an Associate's degree from an accredited institution
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to student success and professional conduct
- Instructor certifications such as AHA BLS/ACLS/PALS, NAEMT courses, or educator credentials are an asset
Starting salary for new or returning hires is commensurate with relevant education and experience.
