Salary: $22.98 per hour plus benefits (range 23); up to $36.84 per hour for internal transfers and recent rehires.
Contract Length/Days: / 220 days

Required: High school diploma or GED equivalent, or a combination of related education, experience, and training.
Preferred: First Aid or CPR training; bilingual in Spanish; at least one year of college or business school courses involving computer training and accounting/bookkeeping.
Summary / Objective: Office manager provides comprehensive support to staff, students, principal, and the community. Requires proficiency with technology platforms such as Google Suite, Infinite Campus, Infinite Visions, Absence Management, among others. Building relationships with students and families is a key aspect of this role.
Essential Job Functions- Monitor daily absences; maintain substitute list and coordinate coverage for unfilled positions; train staff on substitute and leave-of-absence systems.
- Maintain accurate school records for personnel, payroll, purchase orders, and budgets. Prepare monthly time and attendance reports, reconcile P-card statements, and manage school fund accounts.
- Compose newsletters, correspondence, and inter-school memos; manage school calendar and event schedules. Ensure all necessary forms (leave requests, purchase orders, field trips, etc.) are available.
- Schedule appointments for the principal; manage principal and building use calendars; assist in developing staff and student handbooks and enrollment packets.
- Handle logistics for field trips, including bus orders and clinic communication; manage building key distribution and records.
- Act as receptionist: screen and route calls, provide information to students, parents, staff, and community. Operate computer and office equipment; train new personnel; supervise office staff and student workers; assist with performance reviews for direct reports; act as backup to the Health Clerk.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Proficient with Windows, Microsoft Office, Pinnacle, Internet, Infinite Campus, Applitrack/Frontline, Adobe Acrobat, and other relevant software. Must be able to maintain email systems, perform routine administrative tasks independently, and manage multiple interruptions. Strong record‑keeping, public relations, and confidentiality skills are essential. Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are helpful.
