Pay:
Shift Managers & Assistant Managers earn $14.25 – $18.00/hr + bonuses. Shift Managers average $20k–$30k per year, GMs average $60k–$70k per year.
Managers are expected to be reliable, honest, lead by example, lead others, and be available to work 40–50 hours per week.
