Role:
Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for delivering quality patient care in a healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities:Provide direct nursing care, evaluate patient needs through ongoing assessments, revise care plans as needed, and offer clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs. Ensure care aligns with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards. Promote patients' physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being while demonstrating excellent customer service and teamwork.
Qualifications- Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree)
- Active RN license in applicable state
- Preferred: at least 1 year of skilled nursing experience
- CPR certification (obtained upon hire or during orientation, must remain current)
- Implement and interpret departmental policies and procedures
- Exhibit strong communication, reasoning, and judgment skills
- Maintain a positive attitude and deliver excellent patient service
- Work effectively within an interdisciplinary team
