Position: (USA) Personal Shopper - Sam's
Sam's Club - Up to $26.00/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Provide member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.;
Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits and promoting value, processing Memberships upgrades and credit accounts, and participating in events to meet goals.;
Maintain facility safety by following safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including safety sweeps, forklift spotting, hazardous materials handling, and reporting unsafe situations.;
Fulfill Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items, scanning, wrapping and palletizing, ensuring accuracy of orders and invoices, securing items until Members arrive, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise.;
Complete work assignments by using policies/data/resources, collaborating with managers and colleagues, prioritizing tasks, and adapting to change and feedback.
