Position Summary
What you’ll do:
Be a Team Member: maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, help educate associates on tools, tasks and resources, communicate effectively with team members and be flexible to meet business needs. Be an Expert: prepare food according to item specifications, plan future and mass productions, prepare for seasonality, adhere to food safety, sanitation, cold chain compliance and inventory management, operate and sanitize equipment, and demonstrate understanding of product and layout execution.
Be a Techie: leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience and elevate associate engagement; use handheld technology for immediate business decisions related to production, ordering merchandise, receiving club pickup orders, training and product quality with the member in mind; adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them. Be an Owner: drive the performance of the area, stock and rotate merchandise, ensure quality and date‑control standards, eliminate waste, provide member service by acknowledging members and identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, payment types, locating merchandise and resolving member issues.
Be a Talent Ambassador: be a brand advocate, develop, influence and inspire others to work in a respectful, supportive and team‑oriented style, understand roadblocks and assist in training. Comply with company policies, procedures and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans, using the Open Door Policy, and applying these in business processes. Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data and resources;
collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers and partners; identify priorities, deadlines and expectations; carry out tasks; communicate progress; recommend ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapt to and learn from change, difficulties and feedback.

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 to $27.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
Minimum Qualifications- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Successfully complete all job‑required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period if hired
- Food Safety Certification, Food Service
