Provides member service by acknowledging the member, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and promoting products;
Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items, scanning, wrapping and palletizing, ensuring accuracy of orders and invoices;
Carries out tasks and communicates progress, identifies priorities and deadlines, and adapts to change;
Maintains safety by following safety standards and handling hazardous materials according to guidelines;
Collaborates with managers and coworkers to meet member needs and support club goals.
