Field Service Technicians – Senior Level Oil & Gas – Evans, CO

Kodiak Gas Services is hiring Senior Field Service Technicians in Evans, CO, to lead compressor service and repair across onshore oilfield operations. This senior-level position includes advanced troubleshooting, compressor overhauls, and acting as a technical mentor to less experienced techs. Ideal candidates are seasoned in gas compression systems and committed to safety and operational excellence.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in gas compression or field service
• Deep understanding of motor compressors (CAT, Ariel, Waukesha)
• Advanced electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable MVR
• Willingness to work overtime and 24/7 on-call
• Ability to work in extreme outdoor conditions and confined spaces
• Familiarity with HSE regulations and PPE standards

• CAT, Waukesha, or Ariel certifications
• Leadership experience or mentoring background
• Strong initiative and problem-solving ability
• Working knowledge of MS Office and digital reporting systems
