Aims Community College seeks a CARE Case Manager to provide non-clinical student case management, in-the-moment solutions, resource identification, referrals, follow up to resources, and basic-needs support for struggling students.
The CARE Case Manager works directly with students to customize and implement interventions, including intake, needs assessment, and ongoing support, with collaboration from counseling and the SAIL Office; occasional travel to satellite campuses may be required.
