Data Entry Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our fast-paced and growing HVAC team. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining accurate customer records, data entry, and scheduling information. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and comfortable working behind the scenes to ensure data accuracy that supports excellent customer service and efficient field operations.

Qualifications:

• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
• Excellent customer service, communication and listening skills
• Can work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with other employees
• General computer and typing skills
• Available for immediate full-time work
• Passion quality work and focus on details
• Must be focused and reliable
• Helpful previous experience includes: bank teller, hotel front desk, data entry clerk, retail,telemarketing or bill collections
