We are seeking an experienced MEP Construction Manager to support the delivery of large-scale data center and mission-critical projects across multiple locations. This role will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scope from construction through commissioning, ensuring work is executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of construction experience, including hands-on experience working on-site in the field and a strong understanding of MEP systems within complex mission-critical environments. Previous experience working for an Owner's Representative, Developer, or Project Management Consultancy is highly preferred. • Strong field and site-based construction management experience.
  • Ability to coordinate contractors, consultants, commissioning teams, and client stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and construction safety.
