Ampersand Therapy is hiring a dedicated Special Education Teacher for the 2025/2026 school year! We offer full-time, in-person positions with a supportive, mission-driven team.

New Grads: Welcome! We provide training and mentorship

• Deliver specialized instruction to meet IEP goals
• Collaborate with school teams and participate in IEP meetings
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Support inclusive education practices within general education settings
• Foster a positive and supportive classroom environment

• Professional Educator License (PEL) with LBS1 endorsement in Illinois
• Passion for inclusive, student-centered teaching
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Dedication to equity, growth, and collaboration
