The Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine seeks a full-time, non-tenure-eligible faculty member at the rank of Instructor or Assistant Professor on the Clinician‑Educator track.
Responsibilities- Provide inpatient and outpatient services within the academic environment of Northwestern Medicine at its central location, Northwestern Memorial Hospital.
- Contribute to the Division’s translational research and educational missions.
- Participate in multidisciplinary programs spanning the Simpson Querrey Lung Institute for Translational Science (SQLIFTS), Canning Thoracic Institute, and the Lurie Children’s‑Northwestern CF program.
- MD degree and board‑certified/eligible in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine.
- Clinical interest in cystic fibrosis (CF), airway disease, and/or advanced pulmonary infections.
- Strong record of translational or computational research, especially bridging molecular biology, systems biology, and pulmonary medicine.
- Dual training in computational biology, neuroscience, engineering, or related quantitative disciplines is encouraged.
The expected base pay range for this position is $285,000‑$375,000.
