We are looking for enthusiastic Disability Support Workers to join our Evanston Community and support our participants. We are looking for individuals with a passion in providing quality support to promote independence!

As a Disability Support Worker, you'll be the HEART of our mission, empowering participants to live their best lives. You'll provide flexible, personalised care, ensuring everyone feels supported and valued. Shifts are available across AM, PM, and nights, with travel required to various sites in Adelaide.

• Passionate, flexible, and caring individuals
• Australian work rights required at the time of application
• Experience in disability or health care sectors supporting people with physical & intellectual disabilities.
• Qualifications:
  
  Certificate III in Individual Support / Certificate IV in Disability, NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid, CPR, Manual Handling, Working with Children's Check
• Demonstrated experience supporting participants with complex challenging behaviours.
• Reliable car and current license/insurance
• We will consider outstanding applicants without experience who are able to provide an expectational cover letter detailing why we should hire you
