Caregiver general summary:
Responsible for assisting residents in their daily living routines. Duties are performed under the indirect supervision of the nurse or supervisor, following established procedures and guidelines.

Responsible for assisted daily living duties, including transferring, mobility, bathing, changing briefs, peri‑care, toileting, oral hygiene, grooming, dressing, changing bed linens, etc. Physically ensures residents attend appointments such as salons, transportation, activities, and meals—pushing wheelchairs, walking with walkers, and monitoring schedules. Documents communications, shift summaries, and care notes.

• Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, stoop or sit for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects or people weighing more than 50 lbs.
• Work for sustained periods maintaining concentrated attention to safety, detail, and accuracy.

• Annual flu vaccine, excluding religious or medical exemptions.
