Responsible for assisting Residents in their daily living routines. Duties are performed under the indirect supervision of the Nurse or Supervisor.

• Assisted daily living duties: transferring, mobility, bathing, changing briefs, peri‑care, toileting, oral hygiene, grooming, dressing, changing bed linens, etc.
• Help residents attend appointments, salons, transportation, activities, and meals; push wheelchairs, follow walkers, track schedules.
• Record communications, shift summaries, and care notes.

• Regularly walk, stand, bend, reach, stoop or sit for extended periods.
• Lift, carry, push, pull or move objects/people weighing more than 50 lbs.
• Maintain concentrated attention to safety, detail, and accuracy.

• Annual flu vaccine (excluding religious or medical exemptions).
