Clarity Clinic is an interdisciplinary group private practice of Psychiatrists, Psychiatric Advanced Practice Providers (PAs, NPs), Psychologists, and Therapists. In this role, you will:

• As an Physician Assistant (PA), you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional psychiatric (medication management) care to clients of all age demographics
• You will conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations to assess patients' mental health status, history, and contributing factors through intakes and follow up visits
• Collaborate with Psychiatrist to manage patient care
• You’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of those struggling with mental health issues

• Strong communication and empathy
• Assess, diagnose, and devise personalized treatment strategies
• Prescribe and manage medication regimes
• Graduate of an approved or accredited PA program. Must provide proof of completion
• Board Certification (NCCPA)
• Current State of IL PA License
• Current State of IL Controlled Substance (II III IV V) License (or in process upon offer acceptance)
• Current DEA (II III IV V) Registration/License (or in process upon offer acceptance)

• Base Salary: $115k-$140k, commensurate to years of experience (plus bonus earning potential).
