In this role, you will:
- As an Physician Assistant (PA), you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional psychiatric (medication management) care to clients of all age demographics
- You will conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations to assess patients' mental health status, history, and contributing factors through intakes and follow up visits
- Collaborate with Psychiatrist to manage patient care
- You’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of those struggling with mental health issues
- Dedication to staying well-informed of psychiatric advances

- Strong communication and empathy
- Assess, diagnose, and devise personalized treatment strategies
- Prescribe and manage medication regimes
- Graduate of an approved or accredited PA program. Must provide proof of completion
- Board Certification (NCCPA)
- Current State of IL PA License
- Current State of IL Controlled Substance (II III IV V) License (or in process upon offer acceptance)
- Current DEA (II III IV V) Registration/License (or in process upon offer acceptance)

- Base Salary: $115k-$140k, commensurate to years of experience (plus bonus earning potential).
