A Valet Parking Attendant is responsible for greeting guests and transporting vehicles in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
What will I be doing?As a Valet Parking Attendant, you will be responsible for contributing to the hotel's service excellence by:
- Greeting arriving and departing guests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Retrieving vehicle keys from guests and providing receipts
- Transporting guest vehicles to and from designated parking areas and the hotel driveway
- Assisting guests with luggage
- Retrieving guest items from vehicles as requested
- Responding to guest inquiries and requests, and resolving guest issues promptly and courteously
