C3EL is seeking an End User Support / Systems Administrator to support our mission at Scott Air Force Base in Illinois. The role covers on-site workstation setup, relocation, printer support, hardware troubleshooting, and desk-to-switch connectivity testing.
You will document work in the ticketing system, escalate issues as needed, and coordinate with DoD application administrators and DISA teams to maintain prompt response standards while supporting Windows workstations and network connectivity.
