Plans, coordinates, and directs the daily operations of food service, including scheduling, purchasing, inventory, and production to ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory agencies. Responsible for the development and enforcement of policies and procedures that direct food preparation, distribution, and service as well as purchasing, sanitation, safety practices, performance improvement, and staff education and development.
Qualifications Education, Experience, Training- Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) required and must be maintained current.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in healthcare food service management.
- Food Safety Certification from an accredited organization and must be maintained current.
- Retail and catering experience with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls and presentation desirable.

Pay TransparencySaint Francis Hospital offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages and benefits, is $68,036.80 to $98,529.60 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation will be determined at the time of selection and consider various factors including skills, experience, education, credentials and licensure.
