Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group is seeking a dedicated and skilled Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our growing Gastroenterology team.   Work ncis Hospital in Evanston, IL
• Collaborative Team Environment:
  Work alongside experienced gastroenterologists and support staff
• State-of-the-Art Facilities with advanced GI diagnostic and treatment capabilities
• Provide comprehensive GI care alongside a multidisciplinary team of physicians and support staff.
• Conduct initial assessments, follow-ups, and manage outpatient follow-up visits.
• Assist with procedures and ensure continuity of care.
• Collaborate closely with attending gastroenterologists to optimize patient outcomes.
• Participate in care coordination, documentation, and patient education.

• Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) licensed in Illinois.
• Candidates must have 1+ year of experience in Gastroenterology outpatient medicine.
• Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a cohesive medical team.
