$36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Registered Nurse - ICU - Per Diem

• Position:
  Per Diem, Registered Nurse

• Full Time/Part Time:
  Per Diem
• Hours:
  
  Night and day shifts rotation ; and  weekend and holiday requirements per level agreement
• Per Diem Commitment Level:
  • Per Diem Level 1: 32-72 hrs.
  • Per Diem Level 2: 73-110 hrs.
  • Per Diem Level 3: 111-144 hrs. per 6-week schedule
• Required Travel:
  Evanston, Glenview, Highland Park and Skokie

• Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for a patient population on a specific unit
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care
• Communicate and collaborate with members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care
• Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience

• License:
  Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required
• Education:
  
  Graduate of a NLN accredited school of nursing required; BSN strongly preferred
• Certification: BLS/CPR ACLS Certification for the Healthcare Provider required
