We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for Night shifts in the Neurology/Urology/Overflow units in Evanston, Illinois.
Responsibilities- Providing comprehensive patient care, assessments, and interventions in neurology and urology units
- Monitoring patient conditions and responding to changes promptly
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Ensuring patient safety, comfort, and education
- Maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to hospital policies
