American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Tele position requiring an Illinois license and prior Med/Surg/Tele/Neuro experience.
Details- Work in the ICU caring for inpatient Med/Surg/Tele admissions
- 12-hour night shifts
- Every other weekend requirement
- Holiday coverage required as needed
- Floating required, with priority given to other Med/Surg/Tele units
- No on-call responsibilities
- Contract length of 10-14 weeks
- Active IL RN license required
- Current certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS) and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) - Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg/Tele/Neuro experience required
- Must pass an EKG competency test
- New graduates will not be considered
- Provide nursing care to inpatient Med/Surg and Telemetry patients in an ICU setting
