Registered Nurse (RN) – Adult Psychiatry | Full-Time | Evanston, IL
Position OverviewWe are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care to adult psychiatric patients. The ideal candidate will assess patient needs, implement individualized care plans, collaborate with the healthcare team, and promote a safe, supportive environment.
Key Highlights- Competitive hourly pay: $37.25–$57.74, based on experience and qualifications
- Opportunities for professional growth and development
- Shift 1 – Evening: 3:00 PM–11:30 PM | 40 hours/week
- Shift 2 – Night: 11:00 PM–7:30 AM | 32 hours/week
- Both shifts include rotating weekends and holidays
- Provide safe, effective, and compassionate care to adult psychiatric patients
- Assess patient conditions and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to support positive patient outcomes
- Guide and direct unlicensed assistive personnel
- Promote patient safety, quality care, and continuity of treatment
- Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Graduate of an NLN-accredited nursing program required
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Current American Heart Association BLS/CPR certification preferred
- Adult psychiatric nursing experience preferred
