Position: Collaborative Registered Nurse, Oncology
Location: Evanston Hospital/Evanston Kellogg Cancer Center
Full Time: 40 hours/week
Hours: Varying shifts Monday - Friday, no weekends or holidays
- Provide safe, compassionate nursing care for oncology patients on a designated unit
- Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Supervise and guide unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary care
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care
- Contribute to safety and high-quality patient experiences
- Current Illinois RN licensure (required)
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing (required);
Bachelor’s preferred - Current CPR certification (required)
- Minimum 1 year experience in Oncology Outpatient Infusion Center; ED, ICU, PACU experience highly preferred
