Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pastry Cook with expertise in laminated doughs to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with our Head Pastry Chef to create a variety of high-quality pastries, desserts and special holiday items. You will be an integral part of our production process, ensuring consistency and excellence in every item we bake.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and bake a variety of pastries and desserts, with a focus on laminated doughs and brioche.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to strict food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Assist with inventory management.
  • Collaborate effectively with other bakery staff to ensure efficient production and workflow.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor and a willingness to be a constructive member of the team.
Qualifications
  • At least one year of professional experience working with laminated doughs and brioche.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience.
  • Passion for artisan baking and a strong commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent attention to detail and consistency.
  • Ability to work early morning and weekend shifts.
  • Serv Safe certification.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Compensation Details

Compensation:
Hourly ($17.00 - $19.00) plus tips
