We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression. In the Member Assist – Cart Attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot which includes helping members with their purchases, ensuring there are carts ready and available, and assisting members in loading their vehicles.

You will be constantly on your feet and on the go, rain or shine, sleet or snow, as members count on you.

• Maintaining a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members
• Providing exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have
• Maintaining a clean, neat, and member‑ready area

• Ensure club pick‑up orders are filled and members are notified of any delays or product shortages.
• Provide alternative product options when needed and ensure items are packaged per company policies.
• Resolve member issues and concerns and promote the company’s products and services.
• Conduct safety sweeps, handle merchandise safely, and report unsafe situations to facility management.
• Assist members with purchasing decisions, process purchases, and handle payments according to company policies.
• Utilize cash registers for transactions, locate and organize merchandise, and zone designated areas.
• Maintain parking lot cleanliness and manage cart/flatbed availability.
• Collaborate with managers, co‑workers, and customers, identify priorities, and communicate progress.
• Implement company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, including the Open Door Policy.
