Base pay range: $17.00/hr - $24.00/hr

Position Summary:

Join our meat team to cut meat, assist with packaging and display, and help ensure quality for our members. You will be on the front line of customer service in the meat department, contributing to a positive shopping experience.

• Collaborate with other associates to build a strong meat team and assist members as needed.
• Prepare meat products according to established standards (cutting, grinding, wrapping, trimming) and maintain product quality and safety standards.
• Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment; ensure proper handling of boneless meat products.
• Utilize digital tools and handheld technology to support production, training, and product quality with the member in mind.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready work area; assist members with purchasing decisions; package, label, and store merchandise per company policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service, greet and thank members, and answer questions across the club as needed.
• Protect inventory by securing fragile and high-shrink merchandise and eliminating waste.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform tasks quickly and accurately
• Commitment to completing required trainings and assessments if selected

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in meat preparation, safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management
• Familiarity with operating and maintaining meat department equipment
