Primary Objective- Drive utilization and adoption of client's product among GI HCPs to prevent
C. difficile infections (CDI) in adults
- Sales Execution:
Drive product adoption; achieve sales targets & contribute to market share growth - Territory Management:
Manage a defined geographic territory, identifying key accounts & decision-makers - Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure all promotional activities comply with FDA regulations & client's policies; maintain accurate records of interactions, call notes, & sales metrics
- BA/BS degree required
- 5+ years of life science industry sales experience required
- 3+ years GI selling experience highly preferred
- Experience calling on and selling to long term care facilities and LTAC experience required
- Consistent track record of documented top-tier sales accomplishments with strong patient identification experience
- Ability to identify key decision makers, develop positive relationships, & strong customer dedication
- Strong communication & clinical selling skills
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $105,000 to $110,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include a company car or car allowance and eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
