We are looking for a full time technician who can troubleshoot and repair bakery & food service equipment such as ovens, burners, proofers, panwasher, etc.

Experience:
1-2 Years Experience
- Understand control wiring and troubleshoot related electrical problems
- Make general mechanical repairs such as replacement of bearings, sprockets, chains
- Troubleshoot, evaluate, and repair bread production equipment in field environment
- Complete written reports
- Servicing customers in Greater Chicago Area
- Minimum High School Diploma (or GED)
- General knowledge of HVAC
- Commercial or residential cooking equipment repair experience
- A good driving record
- Maintenance experience helpful
- We will train individuals with a strong electrical and mechanical background
Salary will be discussed at time of interview
