Join First American in Evanston, Wyoming, where we believe our greatest asset is our people. We are looking to add an Escrow Assistant to our growing team.
In this role, you will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, providing critical administrative and customer support to our Escrow team. This position plays an important role in helping make the dream of home ownership a reality. We are seeking someone with the drive and potential to grow—an individual looking for a long-term career path at First American who is eager to learn, contribute, and advance within our organization.
This is an in-office position located in Evanston, Wyoming, five days per week.
Assist throughout the escrow process, including opening orders, entering closing statement information, preparing documents for closing, completing disbursements, and providing follow-up support. Communicate regularly with customers throughout the escrow process. Review and interpret various agreements as they relate to escrow closings. Work with a variety of technologies that support escrow transactions. Assist customers and internal partners to help ensure a seamless and exceptional experience.
What You’ll BringA passion for helping customers while maintaining a professional and positive attitude. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both internal teams and external customers. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, natural curiosity, and an eagerness to learn. The ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment focused on exceeding customer expectations. Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and the ability to quickly learn new software applications and technologies.
A high school diploma or equivalent. Previous escrow, title, administrative, banking, real estate, or customer service experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right person who brings a positive attitude, strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to learn and grow with First American.
Pay Range: $18.46 - $24.63 Hourly This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
