SalaryCoaching addendums are based on a formula with several factors that relate to the individual coach and their position.

Qualifications- The applicant must hold or be eligible for appropriate Wyoming Head Coaching endorsement in wrestling.
- The applicant must demonstrate strong abilities in communication skills, interpersonal relations, organization skills and knowledge of wrestling.
- The applicant must have successful experience coaching high school wrestling.
- All responsibilities related to being a head coach, including being the leader of the wrestling program grades 7-12.
- Teaching position will vary depending upon current openings and applicant's area of certification.
