Salary: $61,400 $ 108,650 (Placement commensurate with experience and training)

- Applicant must hold or be eligible for a Wyoming Teaching Certificate and SPED K-12 Generalist Certificate. Should have experience and knowledge of Reading, Language Arts and/or Math.
- Life skills and/or severe profound training/certification is a plus.
- Applicant must demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Applicant must be familiar with curriculum, teaching techniques and the general procedures associated with special education.
- Applicant must have the ability to be a contributing member of a team working for the benefit of each individual student.
- Applicant must be willing and able to work in inclusionary settings in addition to teaching in pullout programs.
- The applicant must be able to supervise multiple paraprofessionals.
- The applicant must be able to educate students with cognitive disabilities.
- The applicant must be able to manage the student's personal hygiene and medical needs.
The lack of English language skills shall not be a barrier to admission or participation in the activities and programs.
